5 shoulder exercises:
o shoulder press (standing)
o shoulder press (sitting)
o shoulder shrugs
o front raises
o side or lateral raises

5 leg exercises:
o squats (smith machine)
o squats with bar
o lunges (with weights, dumbbells)
o box jumps
o machine leg raises or leg press
