Tuesday - 3/3/15 - A Day (No Classes) ACT!!!!!!

Wednesday - 3/4/15 - B Day
  1. (10) Do Now: Change, warm up/stretch
  2. (10) 10 min- jog
  3. (10) 4 sets of 1-minute leg throws w/ partner (in between sets do 10 deep squats)
  4. (20) relay against one other person while everyone else is in a plank waiting for both people to complete their race
  5. (10) Go over health content with a partner and have class discussion in hallway
Stretch/ meditate
