Meet in the Dance Studio: Topics of discussion:
  1. Changing in 3 min 30 sec with locker partners
  2. Outside procedures practiced
  3. Practice "warm-up" routine
  4. Design a "Chant" for the rest of the year
  5. WOD - AMWRAP (as many rounds as possible) of push-ups, crunches, squats in (7 min.)
  6. Exit Ticket

Wednesday - 9/3 (A Day)
Meet in the Dance Studio: Topics of discussion:
  1. Changing in 3 min 30 sec with locker partners
  2. Outside procedures practiced
  3. Practice "warm-up" routine
  4. Fitness Testing procedures and practice
  5. Discussion and execution of faults, form, and data


Thursday - 9/4 (B Day)

  1. Changing in 3 min 30 sec with locker partners
  2. Outside procedures practiced
  3. Practice "warm-up" routine
  4. Fitness Testing procedures and practice

Friday - 9/5 (A Day)
CrossFit - Design the 6 (WOD) rotation
